I don't really want to fly to the moon. Today's weather here in Bellingham is pretty much back to normal: rain last night, overcast today, and a warm wind from the south. In fact, the temperature has gone all the way up to 58°F (14.5°C) from the frigid cold and wind we've had around for what seems way too long. Yes, it was sunny, but it was COLD, too. Now it's about ten degrees above normal and feels balmy outside. I rather like it.
I've decided not to stress too much about my blog posts any longer. This one on Tuesdays has been difficult for me to maintain, but what if I just put up a pretty picture, or a poem, or something like that? Easy peasy, and nobody (me!) gets stressed out. I might just miss another one or two, like I unintentionally did last week. Nobody was more surprised that I was when I went looking for what I'd written about and found nothing at all.

ReplyDeleteWhenever you post it I like to see and hear about where you went and what you did. On Sundays--those are the best! I get to hear what you think. But it wouldn't have to be on Sundays, of course. Regular schedule or irregular--whatever works for you. :)

That picture is superb. Do not stress about your posts – do whatever is good for you. One blogger I know has a silent post, once a week, she just posts 2 or 3 pictures and calls it “silent post.” Sometimes she’ll include a quotation.
ReplyDeleteI always love your posts although I haven't been able to visit much in the last month. Been so crazy over here. But I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel...gradually. I understand about sometimes just having to let the blog go. Stressing is no fun though it keeps our brains moving.
ReplyDeleteI have never had a schedule for posting....mostly when I could fit it into my busy life....I enjoy all your posts so very much and would hang in there till you had written one, if you missed a few....lol
